Open Button in Mass Additions Summary window is grayed out

Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement where I need to create an interface so that the data from flat file is inserted into FA_MASS_ADDITIONS table. I have successfully implemented this but when I go to Mass Additions --> Prepare Mass Additions --> and when I select a book and click on Find then I will be routed to Mass Additions Summary  form. I am able to see all my records here but when I want to have a detail look on particular record I need to clik on OPEN button bu for this shows as GRAYED OUT.

Please HELP !!
