EBS R12.1.3 - After HRMS RUP5 - unable to submit Payment Process Requests
We've applied HRMS RUP5 in our DEV instance. our DBA told us that the RUP5 patch required an upgrade of the tech stack. So we are testing the entire system - Financials and HRMS. While testing AP, we noticed that we are no longer able to submit Payment Process Requests at all now.
We use an existing template and type in a name for our PPR, press "Submit" button. An error message displays:
