Creating a Report to show activity History along with the relevant Account information

I created a customized report in the "Activity History" section in Design Analyses.  I want to gather and track history for a specific Activity/Task for the appropriate Contacts that fit into this Activity.

I have the option when creating the report to choose the Account Name along with the Contact. I do need the Account information to associate who the Contact belongs to.  The problem I'm running into is the Account Name is showing "Unspecified" for the appropriate Contact. Now, these Contacts are associated to an Account in their profile in CRM. So, why is this critical information not showing up in my report?
