JTF_ASSIGN_PUB became INVALID after patch 10339702

Customer has 

jtfamprb.pls 115.155 

jtfamprs.pls 115.78 

Per internal  ARU

jtfamprb.pls 115.155 - is provided by patch 8322832 which they got password from dev

jtfamprs.pls 115.78 - latest version. Several patches that deliver this including 6857353  - this can be obtained many other patches released to metalink

Applied CSF Patch 10339702 (has 2 pre-req patch 8322832 and 9342170)

Applied all pre req patches for patch 8322832 - 

6041242 CAC: ROLLUP 6 ON TOP OF 11i.CAC.C

7567447 and 9342170. All patches in place.

1. select text from user_source where name='JTF_ASSIGN_PUB' and line=2;

Result:
