Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. BI Publisher (MOSC)

Chart created in Templ Builder doesn't show live data in BIP

I created a bar-chart in Template Builder (Word)

I then added a reference line, by editing Chart.xml

When I upload the layouit to a BIP report (as a RTF layout), the live data is not applied. Only the original sample data is used in the report.

I have version 11.1.1.5.0 for both BI Publisher and Template Builder

Edit:

I now realize that this is not related to that I used extended properties (via Chart.xml)

I uploaded a simple template, using only Tmplate Builder functionality. Same proplem with this one:

Workflow: (BIP and Template Builder are installed on two separate computers that can't access each other)
