Behavioral Changes from 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.5 and 11.2.0.3

Hi all.  Some background first, and then the questions.

We upgraded a dev db from 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.5, and the app immediately saw privilege issues for certain important users.  I found the issue was that password protected roles are changed in 10.2.0.5 per this note, "What Roles Can Be Set as Default for a User? [ID 745407.1]."

Sure wish I had caught that up front. My app team was then hot to know of other behavioral changes.  I started searching docs, and found that the below documents each had a section on notable fixes which may cause a notable change in behaviour:

10.2.0.3 Patch Set - Availability and Known Issues [ID 401435.1]
