Proactively analyze your system for known security issues and patch recommendations

Hi there

One thing that has become quite clear talking to customers at Oracle OpenWorld is the number of people who don't know about the Oracle Sun System Analysis (OSSA) proactive service.  The main reason for this: it's hidden away in My Oracle Support.  To find it you need to go to MOS -> More -> Proactive Hardware Services .

So I'm going to do a little bit of advertising of this service for my colleagues.  I believe this will prove to be a very very useful tool for system administrators and will allow you to proactively check your system for known issues and missing patches.
