Auto Service Request

You can configure Oracle Exadata Database Machine to automatically open service requests for specific hardware faults using Auto Service Request (ASR)

Has any one tried ASR on EXADATA and any known issues or concerns with this?  We are exploring the option of configuring the ASR after EXADATA RAC has been  built and configured..
