If only want to upgrade from 8.1.1.7 SEA to 8.1.1.7 SIA what are the upgrade steps?

We have already done an upgrade from 7.7 to the 8.1.1.7 SEA.  We now want to move to the SIA repository.  Is this just a Repository merge?
