Confusion on how fields are mapped
Upon validating report data and looking at the totals, however, I discovered that report is not capturing the amounts that were migrated to CRMOD from a legacy system.
At the record level, these legacy amounts are listed in a "Paid Amount" field together with non-legacy amounts. So when I click on "Show Full List" at the record level in the pertinent section all amounts - legacy and non-legacy -- are all displayed in a Paid Amount column.
But in my report when I choose the "Paid Amount" column from what I think is the appropriate object, it does not capture the legacy amount. What am I missing? I browsed the list of columns under report subject area and found another "Paid Amount" under metrics but it contained the same data as the "Paid Amount" column I used.
