R03B16A Ststistical Refresh - Sales Amount excludes non taxable items

When reconcilingcomfirming the sales amount (F03B16.SAG) calculated for the month back to the sales history table the figure shown in F03B16 excludes those stock items sold/invoiced that have F42119.TAX1 shown as 'N'. 

We would like it to include all sales.   Is there something we have over looked?   The invoice amount (F03B16.AG) is correct.
