Patch 3500000 11.5.10.2 fails with CONNECT HR/***** ORA-28000: the account is locked

Hi;

I want to apply HR patches for ERP Extended Support. (Note 883202.1)

I merged the HR Patches. These patches are 3500000, 5055050, 5644722, 5910548 and 7721754.

I'm getting "ORA-28000: the account is locked" error has been getting while applying HR Patches in the adworker log.

I unlocked the HR user then I tried the apply patches again. But it wasn't successful.

Also, I tried to apply patches one by one. I try the apply the 3500000 patch. I got the error.
