Package body FAFLEX_PKG_WF invalid after patching

Hi,

We are currently on e-Business Suite R12.1.3 and applied RPC's per September 22, 2012 into production.

Customer migrated from 11.5.10-2 per March 5, 2012

We are now scheduling a next release and applied the following patches in Development first:

* pre-req Patch 13722747:R12.FV.B, R12.FIN_PF.B

* pre-req Patch 11711468:R12.AP.B, R12.FIN_PF.B

* pre-req Patch 10415222:R12.BOM.C, R12.DMF_PF.B, R12.SCM_PF.B

After patching package body FAFLEX_PKG_WF is invalid and appears to be an 115 version in stead of 120.3.1201 version?
