Account Plan Worksheet in Oracle Sales (CRM) does not launch

Hi,
I am not able to get the PDF saving dialog box when i click on the work sheet under the navigation.

Sales User -> Sales Dashboard -> customers -> Account Plan -> View Work Sheet.

Please let me know how to fix it.
