Question about capitalization of purchased items

Hi,there

       In Oracle standard function, an asset can be created by a purchased items flow(PO>AP>FA). But I am wondering if the purchased order associated with a CIP project(the cost of the item will be capitalized with the project), will the standard function support the upper flow? If so, then the cost of the item will be calculated twice?
