6678700 Languages patch are taking long time

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
6678700 Languages patch are taking long time i.e it is taking up 17 hours to complete even after we have increased our Meomory to 16 GB and CPU to 8. Whereas in previous run it took around 4 hours with 32 workers.

Now , it is taking long time on Linux x-86 platform please suggest.
