Adjusting a Budget results in a JOBLOG and Dump on P510171

Q:     When  trying to adjust a budget, why are we getting a joblog stating that there is a Duplicate record key in member F0902LJ in program P510171?

A:      Because you were previously running in a co-existence environment,  the logical view file F0902LJ still exists on your system, but the file is no longer used.  Delete the logical view file F0902LJ and the error will disappear.
