Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. BI Publisher (MOSC)

Template Builder: Chart.xml not saved for rtf.template

I create a template in Template Builder (11.0.0.5), Word (Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2000)

I load sample xml and put in a table and a BAR-chart.

I save the rtf and then open it again.

I load the sample xml again

When I check the chart (By doublecklicking it), the xml-data (chart.xml) is gone

Please advice how to resolve this
