Termination of employees

In Oracle Ebiz 11i suite, when an employee is terminated is it possible his user account is also terminated automatically?

The system administrator attaches a username to an employee in order to access modules. When HR terminates the employee they might be forget to inform the system administrator hence create a risk that a former employer has login access.
