Problem Summary---------------------------------------------------
Error while applying patch 7505626

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
We are trying to upgrade one of our Production Clones from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2 to prepare for production upgrade. I am getting errors while applying this patch 7505626.

There are now 737 jobs remaining (current phase=A2):
   0 running, 1 ready to run and 736 waiting.

Assigned: file CZ_CONFIG_PAIR_REC.xdf on worker  1 for product cz  username APPS.
Assigned: file CZ_LCE_COMPAT_REC_TYPE.xdf on worker  2 for product cz  username APPS.
  FAILED: file CZ_LCE_COMPAT_REC_TYPE.xdf on worker  2 for product cz  username APPS.
  FAILED: file CZ_CONFIG_PAIR_REC.xdf on worker  1 for product cz  username APPS.
