OneView Reporting Installation using IBM DB2 on an iSeries

I'm attempting to install OneView Reporting but I receive the following error when using the RCU to create the Metadata Services and Business Intelligence Platform schemas. 
"The version of the database that you are using is not a supported version or the specified user may not have sufficient privileges to perform this operation.  User should have sysdba or dba privileges."

The db2 database is on an IBM iSeries.  OS/DB2 version is V7R1.  Supported db2 versions are 9.7+, however, this version doesn't coincide with db2 versions on an iSeries. 

Has anyone been able to successfully install OneView Reporting using an iSeries server?
