Q: When trying to add a new DBA to Employee DBA Instructions, the employee Address Book number highlights and Error 0002 - Record Invalid is generated, but the employee is valid. Why is this error given?

 

A: Make sure you are using the applicable Action Code when adding the new DBA to the Employee DBA Instructions:
- If other DBAs already exist in the Employee DBA Instructions, make sure to use a C for Change in the action code.
- If no other DBAs exist yet in the Employee DBA Instructions and this is the first entry, make sure to use an A for Add in the action code.
