OTM installation help

Hi,

I have to install OTM ,Can some one pl guide on the steps,I have gone through the metalink documents but need clarification  as some information ont he document is confusing...

I have node "A" -Database

I have node "B" - APP

I have node "C" - WEB

1)When installing we see an option install the web & app or only the app  or web independently....Since we will be using webloginc as a sperate web applicaiton is it really required to install only with the  option "web & app" because I find we need to start apache tomcat when starting the OTM??
