BI Publisher desktop word plugin - fields not refreshing

Hi there

Any comments most welcome.

Issue - within ms word 2003, cannot see (a). new data sets or (b). see data set but fields do not appear within that data set.  Only see first node.

It was working fine But since monday of this week, I have the above issues.

Environment:

server - windows 2008 r2 std ed

weblogic 11g Oracle_BI_11g_11.1.1.6

BI Publisher not stand a lone.  Using BI EE Catalog.

Using latest desktop publisher client 11.1.1.6 32 bit (date modified 28-06-2012) with ms office 2003.
