How to Move database to new DB Server

 Dear All,
We have Oralce EBS R 12.1.2, ORACLE DB version is 11.1.0.7 :
   A. dbTier:-
        One Database server one sata 500 GB HDD. 4GB Ram.
        OS: Linux: 2.6.18-128.el5 (mockbuild@ca-build10.us.oracle.com) (gcc version 4 .1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-44)) #1 SMP Wed Jan 21 08:45:05 EST 2009. x86_64.

   B. appsTier:
        One Database server with one sata 500 GB HDD.
        OS: Linux: 2.6.18-128.el5 (mockbuild@ca-build10.us.oracle.com) (gcc version 4 .1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-44)) #1 SMP Wed Jan 21 08:45:05 EST 2009. x86_64.

 As current Database Server is going to be old; We have a scenario to buy new server with high specifications and move the database to new Server.
 A. Is it Applicable to move the database to the new server?
