Multiple templates for work order print in self service

Have any one tried using multiple Templates to print work order in self service? (Maintenance Super user responsibility). Right of now, it looks like I can only have one -either just the seeded template or only one custom  template
I am trying to understand how much customization is required to have multiple templates so that users can choose different template for the same work orders and can print differently
