How can I remove the "Edit Document" and control it at responsability Level? and How can I remove it

I need to remove the "edit document " from the notification summary and I am able to personalize it at resoinsability level

I am able to do that from the notification summary

But not able to do that from the worklist, the worklist is at the OU Level

How can I remove it from the worklist or how can I remove the worklist?
