Printing BI publisher report job output to a printer

 Hello
I am attempting to be able to send BI publisher reports straight to a printer. We have installed Internet Printing Protocol on one of our printers but can't seem to get it working it just errors with the following:

Delivery failed.
Document delivery failed
Error deliver document to printer::Exception happened when calling deliver API::Error deliver document to printer::Exception happened when calling deliver API::oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connectoracle.xdo.service.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryExcepti

I have set up the printer URI as ipp://<SERVERNAME>:631/printers/<PRINTERNAME>
