Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Strange character displayed for lead records

Hi,

On an environment, users see a strange character (�) in the last name of the Lead record.

Same record DOES NOT appear after Refine List tries to have “�” added to the Refine List criteria.

Any idea why the strange character appears in the record and why doesn’t it show while searching by that character.
