Two delivery numbers for same sales order

Hi All,

We are facing one issue, for same sales order there are two different delivery numbers though Ship Method, Shipment Priority, FOB, Ship_To_Address and Schedule Ship Dates are same across that sales order line. I am trying to understand why would it create two different delivery numbers.
