Task Deletion in Task Management?

 Hi,

In 11.5.9 version delete button is active in task management. (Customer Support > Task Management > Tasks)

But in R12 this button is inactive and we can not delete any task. What is the reason? Is it related with security or any profile? How can we enable this delete button for tasks?
