Error when issuing Rebuildable item number

Hi,when i was trying to issue one rebuildable item number to capital asset work order, i got that error message (in validateUnitNumber :oracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException). Although i have one on hand from such rebuildable serial number in inventory.
