Initialization SQL Statement - Custom

Hello:

We have upgraded to 12.1.3 and I am setting up a new OU.  I am trying to set-up Receivables, but was not able to select in OU in the Systaem Options set-up form.  I found that I needed to set the profile options Initialization SQL Statement - Custom at the custom responsibility to 'begin mo_global.init; end;'.  When I do this, I first got an error msg first got an error msg 'Exception: oracle.apps.fnd.cache.CacheException.'. 

Now the forms are opening, but I am getting an error as follows:

Oracle error -6550: ORA-06550: line 1 column 7' PLC-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'INIT'
