1 - The new rollup for 12.1.3

The new rollup for 12.1.3 is patch 14254641:R12.PRC_PF.B  will be released soon.

2- Major 12.1.3 Changes
AME has the most dramatic changes, there are major changes in AME, primarily we can now setup Purchase orders in AME approvals, see the following documents for reference:
  • 12.1 - Setups for Purchase Order Approval Using Approvals Management Engine (AME) [Doc ID 1487713.1]
  • 12.1 AME : Approval, E-Review, E-Sign and Withdrawal Features for Purchase Orders [Doc ID 1487661.1]
3 - New Withdraw / Reset Functionality
The withdrawal process will change the purchase order status back to Incomplete and modify the action history of the document, closing the pending actions and creating a withdraw action associated to the user who performed the withdrawal.  So the users won’t have to download the patch for the reset script, they can use this instead, see the following documents for reference:
