java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException error when previewing

I am trying to create a very simple BI Publisher excel template and am running into an error when previewing it in Excel. I have created the template using the BI Publisher guide, but get the below error when hitting the preview button. Just wondering what I am doing wrong. I am using BI Puplisher 11.1.1.6 Desktop.
