Welcome to the EBS Patching community.

This thread will address your following issue -

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ap forms/US APXINWKB.fmx

Here i gave Yes and continued with the patch & after the patch manually compiled the form then got the below error:

PL/SQL ERROR 307 at line 608, column 21
too many declarations of 'GET_RATE' match this call

too many declarations of 'CONVERT_AMOUNT' match this call
