Cannot re-display the Printable ID Card button on the Confirmation page in Self-service.

We cannot re-display the Printable ID Card button in Self-service. The Personalize Page appears to be correct.

Navigation - Advance to the Confirmation page in Self-serice > Click the Personalize Page link in the top right corner > scroll down to Page Button Bar: (PageButtonBar) in the Name column > select Submit Button: Printable ID Card

Any thoughts on how to re-display the button?
