Not able to Save Service Request because of Note Type and Note Description become Mandetory

Hi,

Problem Description - At time of Service Request creation only Customer Name and Problem Summary is Mandetory to save the Service Request, but in Our case while saving Service Request "Note Type and Note Description" also Need to fillout becasue of Manadetory

Actually there is no need to Note Type and Note Description mandetory-

Please guide on same.
