Patch 3171663: Error when applying patch 3171663

Hi Team,

When running the patch 3171663, there is message

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
pay forms/US PAYWSDBT.fmx
An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.

Customr continue as if it were successful, and the autopatch finish.

We then compile the form again, and there are errors
PL/SQL ERROR 49 at line xxx, column xx
bad bind variable
