R12.1.3 How to find out 'Recommended Patches', 'Critical Updates' & 'Family Packs' available

Hi,

We have gone live with out E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 Upgrade 2 months ago. Is there a script that my DBA can deploy/run to find out what  'RECOMMENDED PATCHES'  ,   'CRITICAL PATCH UPDATES' 
and  'FAMILY PACKS'  have been released to ensure that our ORGANIZATION  is on the LATEST PATCH-SET LEVEL  for all IMPLEMENTED MODULES ?
