Hi,
When applying the patch 11071569, following error occurred.

Observed the following from the patch log file:

AutoPatch error:
Error copying the Forms Registry file to /db/oracle/DEV01/apps/apps_st/comn/java/classes/oracle/forms/registry/Registry.dat.


adogjf() Unable to copy Registry.Dat.

AutoPatch error:
Failed to generate the product JAR files
