Applied is CURRENT, and data is synchronized on logical standby database. How to handle the problem

Experts, My customer deployed logical data guard on 10.2.0.4 database. the log applied to standby database, and applied column shows "CURRENT" in dba_logstdby_log view, however, the data is synchronized with master database after checked. now, the data can synchronize, and the applied column keep to "CURRENT". how to handle the problem?
