How to get Aggregate Discount applied without Reprice All?

Hi all,
There is this document:
    HOWTO: Aggregate Discount needs Reprice All when adding an order line item (Doc ID 942998.1)
which basically tells that you need to do a Reprice All in order to apply aggregate discounts and that this is intended behavior.

However, we would like to see the aggregate discount price applied immediately.

Example:
- Product A and B
- Promotion with
    A having Min=1, Max=1, Default = 1
    B having Min=0, Max=1, Default = 1
- Aggregate Discount with
   Buy A and get 10 % Discount to B.

- Create Quote and add Promotioi
- Edit Promotion and Add B
  => Pick Applet is shown with List Price and Promotional Price. But you cannot see the 10% Discount.
