Need to Delete FDM application

Hi All,
We have to delete a FDM application across all the environements(DEV/UAT and PROD) as this application is no longer useful.
What are the major components to be deleted and also what all steps to be followed in series to delete FDM application successfully.
We are working on the version 11.1.1.3.
