Clarification required for applying the patch 10394365

Apps: 11.5.10.2

Database: 10.2.0.4 RAC database

Support: Sustainability support
We are planning to apply the patch 10394365 ( Superseded by 12698252),

As a part of per-requisite we have following things to be present or complete:

1. Patch 12698252 requires the system to be on Extended support, whereas we're on the sustainability support currently. Can you please let us know if we could apply this patch without extended support?

2. Patch 6241631 ( Prereqs of  Patch 10261541 -- Prereq Patch of main patch ) which is the RUP7 to be applied on the system, we are RUP 6 currently, could we apply the patch without applying the RUP7?
