12.1.3: Invalid FUN_AP_TRANSFER - PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'WF_ABORT

On :  12.1.3 version, Global Intercompany System

When attempting to compile PACKAGE BODY FUN_AP_TRANSFER
the following error occurs.

367/9 PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3
2. attempt to compile PACKAGE BODY FUN_AP_TRANSFER


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Package body FUN_AP_TRANSFER is invalid.
