This thread will address your following issue

ISSUE :(Applying  PATCH 14639960 : ERROR generating form "forms/US/PAXPREPR.fmx")


Customer applied the  PATCH 14639960 
In the worked logs uploaded we see the following error

Generating Oracle Forms files...

Temporarily resetting FORMS60_PATH to:
"/t06/app/tst1appl/au/11.5.0/resource:/t06/app/tst1appl/au/11.5.0/forms/US:/t06/app/tst1appl/au/11.5.0/resource/US"

Generating form "forms/US/PAXPREPR.fmx" with command:

/t06/app/tst1ora/8.0.6/bin/f60gen module=/t06/app/tst1appl/au/11.5.0/forms/US/PAXPREPR.fmb userid=APPS/***** output_file=/t06/app/tst1appl/pa/11.5.0/forms/US/PAXPREPR.fmx module_type=form batch=yes compile_all=special
