Screening questions or assessment with multiple response

Hi,

Is it possible to have multiple response for the screening question or assessments questions created in Oracle iRecruitment, here is an example of what i am looking for

 

Whar What is your notice period?

           

 

I am available immediately                                

I have 1 month notice               

           

I have 2 – 3 months notice                    

 

Excellent

 

Acceptable

 

Poor
