PO Template RTF File

I would like to update the PO template rtf file we use to generate purchase order PDFs.  The problem I am running into is that I need to use both LINES_ROW and DISTRIBUTIONS_ROW information in the detail.  If possible, how do I update the for each condition to use both rows?  Currenly it is set as <?for-each:LINES_ROW?>.  Thanks for your help.
