R-20 : Error during webservice operation.

During R-20 staging validation. We have WS error for a program which is working in Production (R-19) but giving error in staging (R-20)
ERROR => Method 'WriteRecord' of business component 'Opportunity' (integration component 'Opportunity') for record with search specification '[Id] = "AHLA-A4TLYY"' returned the following error:"Access denied.(SBL-DAT-00542)"(SBL-EAI-04375)

The Roles & Access profiles are same in staging & production ( since no changes have been performed after refresh & upgrade)

Any suggestions?
